Before we get into the New Look… we first want to say, THANK YOU to the SplitboardVT community for all your support in helping to make our first year a success. When we launched SplitboardVT.com in September 2020, along with our social media channels none of us thought that we could successfully host a state wide event, or see the kind of growth we did in connecting with the splitboard community. We never set out to try to make any money with this venture. It was simply to connect the community, be an educational resource, empower, and encourage others to get out, and provide a place to share in that experience. What gets us stoked is seeing someone strap in for the first time and take those first glides on the skin track, knowing that an entire new world of adventure beyond the boundaries of a resort has been opened up for that person.
Re-Branding
Okay, onto the New Look! There is still some snow out there, but we thought we would do some spring cleaning and spruce the place up a bit. SplitboardVT has gone through a bit of a rebranding, and we’re excited to share with you our new look, logo, and word marks!
Thank you to Casey Callahan for these rad designs! A splitboarder herself, she captured exactly what we were going after in crafting these designs for the SplitboardVT community and we are proud to show them off! Casey is a graphic designer on the brand team at Burton. A fun fact for those of you who don’t know Casey, she told herself to have a goal and try splitboarding at least once this year....and after dozens and dozens of times going up and a whole new setup later... Casey is addicted to it.

We are stoked about the future of splitboarding, in particular here in Vermont. Being able to connect with the community throughout the state has been an incredible experience. We exist because of you all, and are excited and hopeful to be able to offer more next year through meetups, group outings, leading tours, hosting events, and having more contests.
