Ladies Split Nights
Hosted by Catamount Trail Association, join in on Ladies Splitboard Nights. This will be a series of tours led by Dani Sweet and conducted through the Catamount Trail Association in partnership with SplitboardVT. These night tours will take place at both Smugglers’ Notch resort, as well as Stowe Mountain resort. Both tours are for intermediate to advanced riders, and will require headlamps.
In the event of a poor conditions, rain, etc. other options will be available such as getting together for food and drinks at Ranch Camp on the Stowe Side, or Brewster on the Smuggs Side. This will be communicated by Dani.
All events are subject to change and for the most up to date information please make sure you register! You cannot participate if you do not register, and sign the waiver. Links below.
Also to note, Skiers are welcome!
Starting in January:
Smugglers’ Notch Women’s Resort Splitboard Night Tour
Intermediate to Advanced – Tuesday, January 11th
Dani Sweet with SplitboardVT is creating space for a women’s specific uphill adventure at Smugglers’ Notch. Open to anyone who identifies as she/her/they/them. We will follow Smugglers’ Notch dedicated uphill path on Morse, and make a plan for what trails to descend based on snow conditions once we’re there. Due to the nature of this being a resort night Splitboard skin, head lamps are required for the ascent and descent, as are intermediate to advanced riding abilities due to the variability of night time snowboarding. Splitboards, are required (or a device with skins attached) to ascend the mountain.
Meetup location and routes up and down subject to change.
